If the Loan Purpose Type equals Refinance, then either the Property Valuation Amount or the Property Estimated Value Amount is required. Data must be numeric up to 9 digits, with up to 2 decimal places.

1. Open the file in Point.

2. Enter the appraisal value in the Appr Value field on the Borrower Information screen or the Est Appraised Value field of the Services > Fannie Mae > Addendum.
