3120 Homeowners Insurance Premium is required

- If Prepaid Item Type equals Homeowners Insurance Premium, then Prepaid Item Actual Payment Amount for Homeowners Insurance Premium is required.

1. Open loan file in Point.

2. Navigate to Forms > Closing Costs Worksheet from the top menu.

3. Scroll down to section F. Prepaids.

4. Complete the Hazard Insurance Premium fields as applicable.

Note: There cannot be a $ Amount with an empty mths @ or vice versa.

5. Alternatively, if this file has no Hazard Insurance Premium, clear out any data in the associated fields.
