      3123 Loan Price Quote Interest Rate Percent Required

      If the Regulation Z Excluded Bona Fide Discount Points indicator is true, then the Loan Price Quote Interest Rate Percent is required. Data must be numeric and up to 3 digits with up to 4 decimal places.

      1. Open the file in Point.

      2. Select Forms > Closing Cost Worksheet from the top menu.

      3. Verify that the State Bona Fide checkbox is marked.

      4. Select eLoanFile > Additional Loan Data from the top menu.

      5. Scroll to the QM section and enter an amount in the Loan Price Quote % field.
