If the Loan Discount Points are greater than zero (0), then the Regulation Z Excluded Bona Fide Discount Points indicator is required. Provide the data as true or false.

1. Open the file in Point.

2. Select Forms > Closing Cost Worksheet from the top menu.

3. In section A. Origination Charges mark the State Bona Fide checkbox as appropriate (select or deselect) if the Loan Discount Fee is greater than $0.
