3174 Disbursement Date Error

The Disbursement Date provided is prior to the Closing Date. Please ensure the date provided is after the Closing Date. 

1. Open the file in Point.

2. Select Forms > Closing Disclosure > Page 1.

3. Enter the Disbursement Date.

Note: The Disbursement Date cannot be the same as or before the Closing Date.
