3306 Construction Total Term Months Count Required

If the Construction Loan indicator equals true, then the Construction Total Term Months Count is required. Data must be numeric up to 3 digits, whole numbers only.

1. Open the file in Point.

2. From the Borrower Information screen scroll down to the Loan Summary section.

3. Verify Construction is marked and complete the Due (mths) field.
