3308 Assigning access rights to a Cardex Database

Assigning access rights to a Cardex Database 

1. Log into the PointCentral administration site. (ex. https://mypdsserver.com/admin)
2. From the left navigation panel, go to Cardex Databases > List Cardex Databases.
3. Click Edit next to the Cardex Database to which you are assigning access rights.
4. From the Edit Cardex Databases page, click:
   
   Add Group Access Rights
   • Click the user group you want to access the Cardex Database.
   • Click Add User Group Access Rights.
    
   Add User Access Rights
   • Select the user you want to access the Cardex Database.
   • Click Add User Access Rights.
