3316 Integrated Disclosure Section Total Amount Required

The Integrated Disclosure Section Total Amount is required when the Integrated Disclosure Section Type is equal to Payoffs and Payments. Data must be numeric up to 9 digits, with up to 2 decimal places.

1. Open the file in Point.

2. Select Forms > Closing Disclosure from the top menu.

3. Click the Payoffs and Payments button at the bottom of the screen.

4. If there are Payoffs and Payments entered, complete any blank Amount fields.

All entries will calculate and populate the Total Payoffs and Payments field at the bottom of the section.
