3317 Liability Secured by Subject Property Indicator Required

If a liability has gse:IntegratedDisclosureSectionType equal to PayoffsAndPayments then the Liability Secured by Subject Property indicator is required.

1. Open the file in Point.

2. Select Forms > Closing Disclosure from the top menu.

3. Click the Payoffs and Payments button at the bottom of the screen.

4. If a Payoff and Adjustment exists for a mortgage lien, select the appropriate lien from the dropdown with the (Subject Property) suffix.
