3400 Applying rule definitions to users and user groups
To assign rule access to users and user groups:
1. Select Rules > List Rules from the left navigation menu.The list of rules is displayed.
2. Locate the rule you want and click the associated Manage link.
The Edit Rule Access screen is displayed.
3. To apply the rule to a user group, click Add Group Access Rights. To apply the rule to an individual user, click Add User Access Rights.
Add User Group is shown in this example.
4. Select the user or user group to apply the rule.
5. Click Add User Access Rights or Add Group Access Rights.
6. The rule is applied to the user or group.
7. Repeat the process until the rule is applied to all users and user groups.
