      5202 LPA evaluation statuses

      When requesting a Check Status through the Freddie Mac Loan Product Advisor there are four (4) evaluation statuses that can be returned:

      • Complete
      5202 a
      • Incomplete
      5202 b
      • Ineligible
      5202 c
      • Invalid
      5202 d

        When Incomplete, Ineligible, or Invalid are returned, you would need to view the Full Feedback Certificate and the Error Log from the View Feedback dialog box that opens.

        Once these documents have been viewed and any corrections needed have been made, you can resubmit your initial service request.
