      5204 DC1303 The Refinance Cash Out Determination Type in Loan Quality Advisor

      DC1303 Error:

      Resolve:

      Refinance Cash Out Determination Type verbiage specifically for NoCashOut Refinance is missing from the ULDD file.  This will have to be manually added until further notice.

      1. Make Refinance verbiage appear in ULDD file via Point.

      - Navigate to Combined Transmittal Summary > II. Mortgage Information.

      - Using the Purpose of Refi dropdown, choose any Cash-Out option to make verbiage appear in ULDD file.

      - File > Save.

      2. Make manual change to ULDD file before uploading to Freddie Mac LQA.

      - Navigate to File > Export to > Freddie Mac ULDD.

      - Give ULDD a name (for example FRE.xml) and save to your Desktop.

      - Right click FRE.xml on your desktop and click Edit In Notepad.

      - In Notepad select Edit > Find and search for RefinanceCashOutDeterminationType.

      - Replace CashOut with the appropriate NoCashOut option below:
