5507 Running Credit - Wrong Date of Birth
When running credit via Point the Date of Birth is a future date.
Issue:
Navigate to Services > Credit Reports > Request Credit > Birth Date
The Birth Date is missing back slash "/" in the field.
Resolve:
Tab out of the Birth Date before Submitting credit.
Note:
If Credit was already submitted before catching the issue, it's important to note that the Birth Date can be fixed in Point. However, Calyx cannot fix the Birth Date on the Vendors side. You will need to call the Vendor to have them manually change it, then reissue into Point.
