The Calyx Document Converter (with Amyuni drivers) is installed with Point and is used to convert forms to PDF and for storing documents in Point. You might experience display problems when multiple versions are present.
- Restart the computer.
You MUST restart the computer first before completing these steps.
- Open the Control Panel and double-click Devices & Printers or Printers & Faxes, depending on your operating system.
- Delete the following printers.
- Amyuni PDF Converter
- Calyx Document Converter
- Click the Windows Start icon on the task bar and select Computer, My Computer, This PC, or File Explorer, depending on your operating system.
- Double-click Local Disk (C:) in the left navigation pane.
- Double-click the WINDOWS folder.
- Users with 32-bit operating systems, double-click the system32 folder.
Users with 64-bit operating systems, double-click SYSWOW64. - Delete the following files.
- acpdfcrext.dll
- cdintf.dll
- cdintf210.dll
- cdintf250.dll
- cdintf300.dll
- cdintf400.dll
- cdintf450.dll
- cdintf550.dll
- From the Windows Start icon, select Computer, My Computer, This PC, or File Explorer, depending on your operating system.
- Double-click Local Disk (C:).
- Double-click the Windows folder and open the System32 folder.
- Double-click the spool folder.
- Double-click the drivers folder.
- Users with 32-bit operating systems, double-click the w32x86 folder.
Users with 64-bit operating systems, double-click the x64 folder. - Delete the following files and all files that begin with acfpdf and pdfui.
