To email support from within Point:
1. Navigate to Help > E-Mail Technical Support…
2. Complete any fields that did not pre-populate from your Company Information.
Note: It is important for this information to be as complete as possible so the proper support representative can locate your account and contact you according to your issue type.
3. Type your question or the problem you are having in the provided content box.
4. If you are attaching the file you are currently in to send to support, check the Attach this Point file check box.
5. Click the Send button.
An alert dialog box will open informing you that Point is attempting to send an email on your behalf.
6. Click the Allow button on the dialog box.
Your email has been sent and a copy of the information sent will be in your Sent Items folder.
