6302 The request failed with HTTP status 413: Request entity too large

SYMPTOM

When you save a Point file, the following error occurs: The Request failed with HTTP status 413: Request Entity Too Large.

CAUSE

There is an improper setting in IIS on the PointCentral server.

Resolution

 Enable client authentication in IIS Manager 

Enable client authentication in IIS Manager
1.    Go to the Point Central Server
2.    Open IIS Manager
3.    Expand the server's name from the left panel
4.    Expand Sites
5.    Click Default Web Site
6.    From the Default Web Site Home window, select SSL Settings icon. 

 7.  In SSL Settings window, under Client Certificates: select the Ignore radio button 

8.  Save changes if needed 

9.  Restart IIS
