Printer not activated, error code -20 -30, -41

Uninstalling and reinstalling the Calyx Document Converter (Windows 10).

1. Right-click the Microsoft Windows icon and choose Settings.

   

   2. In the Settings search bar, type Printers & Scanners and select it
   3. Remove the Calyx Document Converter from the list of Printers and Scanners.

 

  4. Open Point and go into a borrower file.

   

5.  Navigate to the Print option inside the loan file.

 

6. Save any form to the desktop as a PDF.

 

7. This will enable Point to automatically reinstall the appropriate Calyx Document Converter.
