For the error "Printer not activated, error code -20, -30, -41". This resolution is for Point versions 11.2 or higher installed on Windows 10 & 11.
For the error "Printer not activated, error code -60" This error occurs when Point is installed on a Terminal Server or Virtual Machine. Calyx does not support Point installed on Terminal Servers or Virtual Machines.
Uninstalling and reinstalling the Calyx Document Converter (Windows 10 & Windows 11).
- Right-click the Microsoft Windows icon and choose Settings.
2. In the Settings search bar, type Printers & Scanners and select it
3. Remove the Calyx Document Converter from the list of Printers and Scanners.
4. Open Point and go into a borrower file.
5. Navigate to the Print option inside the loan file.
6. Save any form to the desktop as a PDF.
