6304 Credit status error when requesting credit from CoreLogic CREDCO

The following error will occur when using the Point Services menu to request credit from CoreLogic CREDCO when data is populated in the Mailing Address fields on page 1 of the Loan Application.


To prevent this error, remove the data in all of the Mailing Address fields before you submit the initial credit report order and place any subsequent orders.

If you selected the Same as Present Addresscheck box, clear the check box and delete the content in the fields.

After the request is submitted and the response is received, you can re-enter the Mailing Address information.
