6309 PDS Error Code -5: The maximum number of Cardex records per list has been reached

SYMPTOM

When you perform a search in the Cardex Database, the following error occurs:

"PDS Error Code -5: The maximum allowed number of Cardex records per list has been reached. Use more restrictive search criteria to select a smaller number of Cardex entries. MaxRecordsGetCardexEntries = 500"

CAUSE

PointCentral only allows to display up to 500 records at a time when perform a search in the Cardex Database.

RESOLUTION

Narrow your search results by using the Search By: parameters.
