SYMPTOM
The No Matches Found error occurs when attempting to populate the County Code, State Code, and Census Tract fields by using the Geocoding Lookup button on the HMDA Recording screen.
CAUSE
The property address in the loan file could not be located in the Geocoding database.
RESOLUTION
Verify all Property Address fields are populated with valid property information.
Complete the following steps:
- Open the loan.
- Verify that the address fields in the Subject Property section on the Borrower Information screen are populated and contain valid information.
If the error persists after verifying the subject property address fields, launch the FFIEC website and search for the applicable codes manually.
