      6313 File not found. No user folder settings have been specified

      CAUSE

      Your computer is infected with a virus, which causes your Windows user profile to become corrupt.


      SYMPTOM

      When you attempt to log into Point, an error occurs:

      "File not found. No user folder settings have been specified..."


      RESOLUTION

      Contact your network administrator to perform a full system scan on your computer to remove the virus and fix any problems caused by the virus.
