When you attempt to open a file, the following error occurs:
"Error Code -37. The file you have requested is currently in use or reserved by ( )"
The file that you are trying to open is either open by another user or stuck open by the server.
The error message will specify which user currently has the file open. Contact the user in question to verify that they have the file open and for them to close it.
If the user does not currently have the file open but the error still occurs, then contact your PointCentral Administrator to log into the PointCentral Administration website in order to delete the reservation for the locked file. Refer to "Deleted Reservations" on page 99 of the PointCentral user guide.
