6332 The time on the PDS server is more than 24 hours

SYMPTOM

When you click Test Connection from Point Administrator, an error occurs: "The time on the PDS server is more than 24 hours..."

 

CAUSE

The error can be ignored as it does not affect access to Point Data Server.

 

SOLUTION

Verify the date and time is correct on the local computer

  1. Go to the Control Panel.
  2. Double-click Date and Time.
  3. Verify the date, year, and time are correct.
  4. Open Point and login.

If the date, year, and time are correct, you can ignore the error that occurred when testing the connection to PDS and then log into Point.
