      6343 If LTV exceeds 80%, MI Certificate Number is required

      SYMPTOM

      An error occurs when you export a Point file to ULDD and upload it to another system:

      "If LTV exceeds 80%, MI Certificate Number is required"

       

      CAUSE

      The Certificate No. field is blank.

      RESOLUTION

      Enter the Certification No.

      1.Open the loan file.

      2.From the menu bar, select Banker > Closing Documents > Loan Program Information.

      3.Enter the Certificate No. from the Mortgage Insurance section.
