CAUSE
A Sonic Firewall is configured on the network with Content Filtering Enabled and Category 28 (Hacking/Proxy Avoidance Systems) listed as a Forbidden Category.
CAUSE
Configure the IP Address and amazonaws.com to Allowed Domains
You will need to contact Sonic Wall technical support for detailed instructions on allowing IP addresses and domain names. Below are some brief directions:- Open the Sonic Wall Firewall properties and navigate to Security Services.
- Select Content Filter and be sure that you do not have the allowed list disabled.
- Then input the Calyx IP Address to allow.
- Also set amazonaws.com to the allowed domains list.
