SYMPTOM
When Point is installed from the MyCalyx installation e-mail, the following error appears.
"The difference between the request time and the current time is too large"
CAUSE
The time or time zone is incorrect.
RESOLUTION
Set the Time Zone and current date and time
- Go to the Control Panel.
- In the Control Panel, double-click Date and Time.
- Verify that the date and time are correct.
- Click the Time Zone tab.
- Select your timezone from the dropdown list. (The correct time zone must be selected)
- Check the box, Automatically adjust clock for daylight savings changes.
- Click OK.
- Try Point again.
