6356 A valid Property Type is required

SYMPTOM

An error occurs when you export a Point file to ULDD format and upload it to another system:

"A valid Property Type is required"

CAUSE

The Project Classification has not been specified from the Closing Documents screen.

RESOLUTION

Enter the Project Classification from the Closing Documents screen

1. Open the Point file and from the menu bar, select Banker > Closing Documents > Property Information.
2. In the Project Classification section, check the appropriate project classification, such as G - not in a project or development.
