      6357 A Financial Institution is missing. Provide the data

      SYMPTOM

      An error occurs when you export a Point file to ULDD format and upload to another system:

      "A Financial Institution is missing. Provide the data."

       

      CAUSE

      The financial institution is missing from the Banker screen.

       

      RESOLUTION

      1. Open the Point file and from the menu bar, select Banker > Recording.
      2. Look for the Transfer of Rights section.
      3. Enter the Doc Custodian ID.
