      6365 PartyRoleType = LoanSeller is missing value

      SYMPTOM

      An error occurs when you export a Point file to ULDD format and upload it to another system:

      "PartyRoleType = LoanSeller is missing value"

       

      CAUSE

      The Fannie Mae or Freddie Seller Number is missing

       

      RESOLUTION

      Enter the Fannie or Freddie Seller No.

      1. Open the Point file and from the menu bar, select Banker > Shipping.
      2. Scroll to the Uniform Loan Dataset Delivery section.
      3. Enter the Fannie Seller No. or Freddie Seller No.
