      6366 Error: Fatal Execution Engine Error...when opening Point

      SYMPTOMS 

      When you open Point, the following error appears: "Fatal Execution Engine Error..." 

       

      CAUSE 

      There are problems with the Microsoft .NET Framework. 

       

      RESOLUTION 

      Reinstall the Microsoft.NET Framework

      Note: If Microsoft .NET Framework rolls back during the installation, download and run Ad-Aware SE Personal Edition to detect and repair invalid registry keys and then re-install Microsoft .NET Framework.

      1. Download Ad-Aware SE Personal Edition
      2. When the Ad-aware software has been installed, run a full system scan.
      3. Clean any infections that are found.
      4. Reinstall Microsoft .NET Framework.
