6370 Fatal Error ? 608 No flood insurance code found. A Special Feature Code of 170, 175, or 180 is required for each loan

SYMPTOM

An error occurs when you export a Point file to ULDD format and then upload it to another system:

"Fatal Error – 608 No flood insurance code found. A Special Feature Code of 170, 175, or 180 is required for each loan."

CAUSE

The product code has not been entered on the Banker screen.

RESOLUTION

Enter the Product Code

1. From the menu bar, select Banker > Shipping.
2. Scroll to the Uniform Loan Data Delivery section.
3. In the Investor section, enter a Product Code, such as 180.
4. Export the file to ULDD format.
