6374 An object is not set to an instance of an object

SYMPTOM

Submitting a file to Fannie Mae generates the following error: "Request Error: An object is not set to an instance of an object" 

CAUSE

The Fannie Mae login account has been suspended.

RESOLUTION

Contact a Fannie Mae support representative and ask them to check your account, as it may have been disabled or suspended.
