      6385 Invalid Class String

      SYMPTOM

      Opening or printing a custom form generates an error:

      "Invalid Class String"


      CAUSE

      Microsoft Word is not installed.


      RESOLUTION

      Microsoft Word is required to work with custom forms and must be installed. Please install Microsoft Office 2007 or higher.
