6386 AutoWord Command Not Available

SYMPTOM

When you open or print a custom form, an error appears: "This command is not available"

CAUSE

• Microsoft Office Word functions have been disabled because it is not registered or activated.
• The Microsoft Office trial period has expired.

RESOLUTION

You must activate Microsoft Word.

1. Open Microsoft Word.
2. The software will prompt you to activate the product. You must activate it, or most of the software features will be unusable. This causes the error in Point.
