      6393 Word cannot start the converter mswrd632

      SYMPTOM

      The following error occurs when opening a custom form document: "AutoWord. Word cannot start the converter mswrd632.wpc"

      CAUSE

      A Microsoft security update has been installed that blocks any application from accessing Word documents.


      RESOLUTION

      Microsoft has provided a download that will resolve the error

      1. Close Point.
      2. Click here to start the download.
      3. From the File Download - Security Warning dialogue box, click Run.

      4. From the Internet Explorer - Security Window dialogue box, click Run.
      5. Accept the license agreement and follow the prompts to install.
      6. Restart the computer when the installation has completed.
      7. Open Point and access the custom form.
