      SYMPTOM

      The following error occurs when opening or printing custom forms in Point using Microsoft Word.

      CAUSE

      Word settings specify that attachments and other files are opened in reading view.


      RESOLUTION

      Turn off full screen reading view in Word.

      For instructions to turn off screen reading view in Word, open a different Word document and follow the instructions in the Microsoft article to turn off full screen reading view.
