6401 Point stops working when selecting a document for UCD export
Point stops working when selecting a document for UCD export in Interfaces > Uniform Closing Dataset.
Point can stop working during the UCD export if the document you are adding does not have an entry in the Description field in the document repository.
Add a description for the document.
- Open the loan you were working in when Point shut down.
- Select eLoanFile > Document Management.
- Double-click the document in the document list that you were attempting to export.
- Enter a description in the Description field.
- Click Save.
- Try adding the document to the UCD table again.
