      Causes

      • Some Microsoft runtime components are missing. If running Microsoft Windows 10 Home Edition, some components required to operate certain functions in Point are not included in the Windows 10 installation.
      • Some Microsoft runtime components are corrupt.

      Resolution

      Install the Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable Package to update your operating system with the missing or corrupt runtime components. Refer to the Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable Package download page for the download link and additional information.
