6409 Temp.brw was not found

SYMPTOM 

When printing a form, an error occurs: "...temp.brw was not found"

CAUSE

Required Microsoft updates have not been installed.

RESOLUTION

Apply all Microsoft updates

1. Exit Point.
2. Go to the Microsoft website and apply all Microsoft updates.
3. Restart the computer when all updates have been installed.
