      6432 Code A:50 Source Credit Bureau: unable to find specified checkbox product

      SYMPTOM

      When you request credit from within a Prospect or Borrower file, an error appears: "Code A:50 Source: Credit Bureau : Unable to find specified checkbox product".

       

      CAUSE

      Your login account with the credit agency is not properly configured to request credit from the Point software.

       

      RESOLUTION

      Contact the credit agency for them to properly configure your account to request credit using the Services feature in Point.
