An Error was received when making a request for verifications from The Work Number:
CAUSE
- Invalid Verification Type and Employment Status combination selected.
- The selected Employment Status product is not active on your account.
RESOLUTION
Verify the selected Verification Type and Employment Status selections:
If Employment is selected for the Verification Type then only one of the below options can be selected:
- Current (VOE) – Provides verification of current employment
- Current & Previous (VOE) – Provides current and previous employers
- Employment Select Product (VOE) – Provides current employers from within the last 60 days
- Previous (VOE) – Use this option to verify previous employment
The selected Employment Status product is not active on your account:
If you have not activated the new product options through The Work Number and would like to use them, you will need to contact The Work Number to add the below products to your account:
- Employment Select Product (VOE) – Provides current employers from within the last 60 days
- 2 Year Mortgage (VOI) – Provides verification of income and employment from within the last 24 months.
- Preferred Mortgage (VOI) – Provides verification of income and employment at underwriting and includes active records less than 60 days old and inactive records less than 24 months old.
- Ultimate Mortgage (VOE/I) – Provides current employers within 90 days, previous employers within 24 months, and up to 3 verifications within 90 days.
