6435 Failed to read the credit provider profile


The Failed to read the credit provider profile error occurs when you request credit from the Services menu.



You do not have full permissions to the Winpoint folder or the Winpoint folder is missing configuration files.



Run Point as an administrator or reinstall Point.

Running Point as an Administrator

If running as an administrator corrects the problem, contact your system administrator to give you and the user group full permissions to the winpoint folder and all sub directories and files.
