      6438 Error on Line 3 Position 208

      SYMPTOM

      When you request credit from the Point Services function, an error appears: "Error on Line 3 Position 208"


      CAUSE

      Invalid Login Information


      RESOLUTIONS

      Remove the User ID and password and re-enter it.

      1. Open the Point file.
      2. From the Men bar, select Services > Credit Reports > Request Credit.
      3. Choose your credit agency and click Submit.
      4. From the login prompt, remove the User ID and password and re-enter them.
