6444 Code: REQ-000 The principal does not have permission to access this resource

SYMPTOM

Requesting credit from services generates an error: "Code: REQ-000...The principal does not have permission to access this resource."

CAUSE

In the Credit Report Request window, there is an invalid name in the Requested By: field.

RESOLUTION

Remove the name in the Requested By: field.

1. Open the Point file.
2. From the Menu bar, select Services > Credit Reports > Request Credit.
3. From the Credit Agency dropdown list, select your credit agency.
4. Remove the name from the Requested By: field.
5. Click Submit.
