6451 Fannie Mae Request error commserver error/netrequest...is not marked as serializable


Submitting a file to Fannie Mae causes the following error: "Fannie Mae Import Error...CommServer Error/NetRequest....is not marked as serializable."



Invalid Fannie Mae Login



Delete the Fannie.ini file. (This will removed the saved login information. You must know the user id and password before proceeding)

  1. Close Point
  2. Delete the Fannie.ini file.

Verify that you can log in to Fannie Mae's website

  1. Open Internet Explorer and go to www.efanniemae.com
  2. In the upper right corner, click Launch DO or Launch DU.
  3. In the Login window, enter your login information. If you are not able to log in, contact a Fannie Mae support representative to correct your login account to resolve the error.
