Submitting a file to Fannie Mae causes the following error: "Fannie Mae Import Error...CommServer Error/NetRequest....is not marked as serializable."
Invalid Fannie Mae Login
Delete the Fannie.ini file. (This will removed the saved login information. You must know the user id and password before proceeding)
- Close Point
- Delete the Fannie.ini file.
Verify that you can log in to Fannie Mae's website
- Open Internet Explorer and go to www.efanniemae.com
- In the upper right corner, click Launch DO or Launch DU.
- In the Login window, enter your login information. If you are not able to log in, contact a Fannie Mae support representative to correct your login account to resolve the error.
