      6458 Exception of type Fannie Mae DODU.Common.DODUException was thrown

      SYMPTOM

      When you submit a file to Fannie Mae, an error appears: "Fannie Mae Import Error: Exception of type Fannie Mae DODU.Common.DOCUException was thrown."

      CAUSE

      Invalid Casefile ID


      RESOLUTION

      Remove the invalid Casefile ID number

        1. Open the Point file.
        2. From the menu bar, select Interfaces > Fannie Mae > Results.
        3. Click Edit next to the Casefile ID field.
        4. Remove the Casefile ID and click OK.
