6550 Sever Busy- Reports with Excel does not open charts.

SYMPTOMS 

   
RESOLUTION
1.    Open Reports & Marketing from the Navigation panel 
2.    Select Calyx Report – Loan Pipeline (with Excel)

 
3.    Click Generate (notice the Excel report never load)
4.    Open the Task Manager from the Task tray at the bottom of the screen or Ctrl+Alt+Del to open Task Manager. 

5.    Find Microsoft Excel (32 bit) in the App list. 

 
6.    Click the arrow to the right.  

7.    Right-Click on the second Microsoft Excel instance select Bring to front. 
               

8.    Select “Do not display this dialog again and click OK. 

 

Return to the Report. It will now display the charts.
