6561 PointCentral Locked Out User

PDS Error Code -21: Login failed. The Point user has entered an incorrect user ID or password. Reset the Point user’s password in the PointCentral administration website.

 

 To unlock a user:

1.  Log into your PointCentral Admin site: Use your administrator credentials to access the  PointCentral Admin site.

 2. Navigate to Users > Locked Out Users.

3. Find the locked-out user and Click Delete Lockout.

 

4. Have the user try to log back into Point.
5. If the user requires a password reset, please follow the steps outlined in the KB__________.
