6562 PointCentral User Password Reset

To change a user's password in PointCentral:

1. Log in to the PointCentral Administrator site.
2. Navigate to Users > List Users.

   

  3. Find the user in the list and select Edit.

     

   4. In the Password fields, input the user's new password and click on Update.

     

   5. Have the user attempt logging into Point using the new password.
