The userprofile.ini is a configuration file that stores application parameters. This file can be deleted and Point will generate a new userprofile.ini configuration file the next time it is launched.
- Close Point.
- From the desktop, depending on your Operating System, click the Windows Start icon (Windows 7) or right click the Starticon (Windows 8/10) and select Search.
- In the search field, enter %userprofile%, and then press <Enter>.
- From the menu bar of the user's screen, click Organize > Folder and Search Options.
- From the Folder Options window, click the View tab.
- From the View options, select Show hidden files and folders.
- Click OK.
- Double-click the Appdata folder.
- Double-click the Roamingfolder.
- Right-click the Calyx Software folder and select Delete.
- Open Point and the navigation panel should be the correct size.
